What are the acceptable payment modes?

We only accept VISA and Master credit cards for the online transactions.

What is the Currency listed on the website?

All the prices are in SGD Singapore Dollars.

Prices are before 9% GST.

The total price with 9% GST will be reflected before you proceed to check out.

I made a purchase but the product has not yet been delivered. Can I change my order?

No, your order cannot be modified once payment is made.

Please contact our customer service team for enquiries.

Is there any difference between Corporate and Domestic accounts sign up?

Yes.

What is the Exchange & Return Policy?

You may request to change a product or report a damaged product within the same day of receiving the items. We allow product exchange within 7 working days.

However, selective hygiene wear, disposable products and sales items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please email estore@siahuat.com.sg  with your order details to schedule an appointment for exchange or return.

You can arrange to send the item in person to Sia Huat Fulfilment Centre or request our service to collect the return product.

We will implement a $30 collection fee to collect the products to be exchanged/ returned.

We also reserve the right to implement a re-stocking fee of up to 20% on the product value on exceptional conditions.

What is your refund process?

For orders placed through www.store.www.siahuat.com

Upon receipt of returned products with original packaging in good condition, we will process the refund and credit the product value back into your credit card.

Delivery/ collection fees will not be reimbursed.

It will take at least 14 working days  for the refund to be processed to your credit card.

 

For other orders not placed through www.store.www.siahuat.com

Upon receipt of returned products with original packaging in good condition, we will issue credit note and credit the product value back into your account.

Delivery/ collection fees will not be reimbursed.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

Yes. Please contact estore@siahuat.com.sg with your requirements to enquire for deliveries outside of Singapore.

We have an experienced team who can manage your export requirements.

When will I receive my delivery?

The delivery will be made according to your preferred delivery date options when you are placing order.

Can I collect the order directly?

Yes. For the option of self-collection at Sia Huat Fulfilment Centre (SHFC), you will receive an email notification to confirm the order is ready for pick up.

Can I collect the order on the same day?

For the option of same day self-collection at Sia Huat Fulfilment Centre (SHFC), you will receive an email notification to confirm the order is ready for pick up.

We require a minimum lead time of 2 hours, with last orders for weekdays accepted at 3pm.

What is the minimum delivery order for free delivery?

The minimum delivery order amount is $200.

We provide one free delivery trip per invoice within Singapore only.

We reserve the right to implement additional fees for selected deliveries conditions below.

For example: deliveries to restricted facilities like bonded warehouse, ports or locations which require additional permits.

For example: extra bulky items with no lift landing access.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is $30 for orders that does not meet the minimum order value.
