Responsibilities

  • Meeting Sales Goals

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers from enquiry to point of sales

  • Perform cashiering duties where needed

  • Manage cash and credit sales and collection

  • Update pricing and product labelling

  • Visual Merchandising and housekeeping of display products

  • Manage after-sales service relating to replacements and repairs

 

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE Nitec, GCE “N” / “O” level

  • Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in retail sales

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable to work in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word

  • Confident to use computer system and devices
