Excellent stocks of everything we need for home as well as business. Service staff were helpful. Unfortunately your cashier is very hostile. This is a service industry. Even though your business is very good, but every staff should provide friendly n helpful service.

Love the varieties. They really have unique & good qualities utensils. Went all the way there to purchase black bowls which I chance it at a restaurant. Please give yourself ample of time to browse, the assistants in the shop will hurry you to make payments. At 550, they will pressed u to make payments n started to move the stocks from outside to inside making us no where to stand at the cashiers. They did not showed us the items that we purchased hence we need to stand outside the store to checked. Very very fortunately we checked, they missed giving us 2 items that we paid.
Lesson learned, make payments at 545pm and make sure to check what you have pay!
If not I have to travel back from Woodlands to Chinatown.

The place where one can get a wide variety of kitchen ware, appliances etc for daily & commercial use. The uncle there is amiable & will share the various models they offer & their usage. Prices are reasonable & they've an organised inventory system too. Products are displayed well & easy for all to browse comfortably. Hope they will continue to maintain the rapport & friendly customer service.

One of the major goto places for commercial kitchen supplies. Non-trade people are also welcomed. They get pretty busy between 3pm to 5pm when trade people come down during their down time.

Went on day 1 of the sale. Approached at least 4-5 staffs at different stations to enquire about the items I wish to buy. Lovely staffs. Informative, polite and friendly.
Payment queue is well executed and the cashiers were patient and nice.
Didn’t expect to have such service at a sale event. Terrific indeed. Made my day!

Very satisfied with their service sales personnel, Wan Ting when we were procuring kitchenware for our restaurant start up. Fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable on kitchen equipment. Without a doubt, the go-to place for any F&B supplies.

Called up and spoke to David. Was searching for zebra faucet (for cooler). He searched the item for me and within 30 mins return my call to inform they have stock for it.Immediately we brought our cooler down and get the replacement done. No extra charges for their replacement service..Just need to pay for the faucet.Really impressed by the efficiency and when you step into the shop, everyone was so helpful and approach you to ensure you are able to find what you need.Highly recommend to visit the shop for all cooking essential hardware. They have a wide range of variety.Dont have the assumption because they are located at tourist location the prices will be exorbitant. Turn out their price is one of the most reasonable as compare to neighbourhood shops.
